In the beginning, the communication was great and Chris very knowledgeable able to answer all questions about the process which is why we trusted to go with them. Towards the end, there were several anxiety causing issues that made us think we weren't able to get the loan the day before closing due to the processors. There was also a miscommunication in the final interest amount which was disappointing. It felt they had forgotten about our file because of the extended closing time we had.
Donald was so genuinely helpful, responsive, and clearly cared immensely about my husband and I and our questions and concerns immensely throughout the entire process. He could not have made the process of getting our first mortgage more user-friendly. I am so glad that we chose NJ Lenders and that we got to work with Donald.
