Frank and his team and NJ lenders always make it happen . They stay involved throughout the whole process unlike other mortgage companies and or reps that drop you like a ball once it get to the the underwriting process . Also their underwriting team do not require you to donate DNA samples like all other underwriting teams with the many other mortgage companies I ve dealt with. Now I am being facetious here with the DNA samples but sometimes dealing with other mortgage companies it feels like
