From start to finish, Will and company exceeded expectations! Will is incredibly knowledgeable and was able to have me approved for a conventional mortgage when others said they couldn’t. It’s evident he stays on top of the current guidelines and educates his clients as well. I’ve heard others say what a nightmare buying a home is! In my situation, the only nightmare was trying to find the right home in a market that is ridiculously crazy! After my offer was accepted, the loan process was effortless and very efficient!
