A discussion on the process in which NJ Lenders was responsible for and covered initially would of been very helpful. Didn’t really know what I was responsible for doing (IE: lender search, inspections, etc)
The last week before the closing, the agent went on vacation/ leave of absence without informing myself, or my attorney leaving us calling/ emailing 24 hrs before closing searching for answers on whether everything was ready for the following day.
Everything got completed but I was left asking alot of questions that could of been answered out the gate with a rundown of the process, and what was covered by NJ Lenders and what I was left with completing.

At 70+ years of age, a mortgage for our second home was not our first choice. Bill readily made himself available for our many questions and concerns. His extensive knowledge of finances and mortgage trends assured us as to when to hold “em” and when to fold “em.” Bill added great advice concerning points to buy down the mortgage rate.
Lastly, Bill worked with our personal finance team to coordinate our mortgage.
No one wants a Mortage but if you have to have one, I will certainly return to NJ Lenders.
