Rob is amazing . There is nothing more scary and stressful than buying a house especially in this current market. I am so happy I found Rob to help me in the process. He made the entire process so smoothly and easy and he was there for me at all times. No matter what time of the day I texted him, he was always available and I really thank him for that. He was able to answer all my questions. I was able to buy my dream house thanks to him. The house I bought, I saw it on a Sunday evening . The bid was closing Monday by 10am. It was so important and urgent to make an offer that Sunday evening. I called Rob on Sunday around 7pm asking him for a pre-approval letter with the current date, and in 5-10 minutes he got it for me.
