Speed of the loan was really good. Justin is a great guy but hard to understand sometimes which could be because of background differences. There was some miscommunication but it is acceptable ratio considering the nature of loan process. Of course it can be better but it was still a great experience and I got my home :). Great experience working with Chris. We had encountered some issues with the HOA which almost tanked the deal. Chris was able to get us through these issues to a smooth closing.
The refinance process was quick and efficient. Chris communicated well and after a small snag related to email confusion the rest of the team was good with emailing and calling with updates. Actually this refinance went as well as I have ever had.
