It was great working with Chris and his team. They were easy to work with and very flexible to accommodate any request as per your need. The rate offered by them was very competitive without any strings attached to it. If you get a pre-approval from them you don't have to look anywhere else.The only thing that could have been a little better is the overall responsiveness in the communication. It doesn't mean they aren't responsive, it is just that sometimes you need to follow up a lil more.

The mortgage process was made easy from the beginning. I knew what to expect and the advise given doing pre approval was very helpful. Sandy was very easy to get in contact with via email, call or text it was never more than an few minutes to 1 hour for a response. I was able to close on time and every worked out.
Scott was great to deal with - very responsive and clear at all times. Donna and Amber were excellent too.. never a moment where I felt lost in the process. They were also available to answer any questions. I plan on recommending them to friends and family.
