For the most part it was very easy and good working with you all. There were, however, two things that kept me from saying "great." The first is that there were several times (including now) that I have emailed to ask a question and did not receive an answer until I followed up. There also were a handful of times that we received documents we were told to sign urgently, but these docs did not match our initial estimate, and didn't have an explanation.

Ed is extremely easy to work with and does a fantastic job of making a difficult process seem simple by staying on top of what documents are needed and from whom. His explanations are concise and his phone calls are always to the point and very informative. We never felt lost or unsure during the processes of both buying and refinancing our home.
