Dante was a great communicator, always easy to get a hold of, proactive and on point the whole way through the process. If he is as good at wrestling as he is at mortgages I'd be afraid to step on the mat with him.
Literally did not have to lift a finger. Joseph did all the background work and felt reliable all the way through. He was thorough and explained anything we asked.
Brian is extremely knowledgable about the VA loan, he is responsive when I text or e-mail him, and I believe he did his very best to get me the best rate. However, I've never met him in person. I found it unnerving to sign everything electronically instead of sitting in front of him or the processor and have one or both explain things to me. Most people will only buy one house in his or her lifetime, MAYBE two. I think the thing to understand here is that the buyer doesn't do this every day, even if the Loan officer does, and consequently he needs to assume that every step needs to be explained.
