Clear communication
well except for COVID and the influx of people trying to refinance since March, Justin took care of everything. It got a little frustrating as just when we ready to close, I had to resubmit and update documents that had been there since July. However, when I first started asking lenders to finance our Bel Air West Orange Condo, I was told to forget about it that our development was on the "NO LEND" list. I will be posting that Justin came through and will be referring more people.
Sandy and NJ Lenders were very professional and honest. They kept me informed when it was a good or bad time to purchase or refinance my home.
