We started the loan process and spoke with Richard as soon as we found a buyer for our home but our sale took over 4 1/2 months as the buyer had trouble getting a loan with their lender and our purchase was contingent on the sale of our home. We called Richard at least once a week for 5 months and as busy as he was, he always had time to answer all our questions and ease our minds. We would not have our new home without his help.
