Its good, took time for approval, but overall it’s good
Walter was amazing! He was great with communicating with us everything we needed and got an answer for us in no time! However the processor that was used was absolutely terrible! We felt like we needed to constantly be in contact with her to submit paperwork. She lost paperwork that we emailed to her. She never bothered to talk to us until we called her. It made the last part of the closing process absolutely horrible!
Chris was very responsive and understood my needs very well. He has been very patient in handling my queries.
Ken gets it done! He went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get to a close as smoothly as possible. Juatin and his team are the best in what they do. Always so friendly, professional and ready to help at any time of the day with any questions or concerns you may have. I have used them 3 times so far, best service and best rates provided. Would recommend to anyone who is loooking for loans and mortgages.
I think there were a lot of refi’s going on at this time. So I understand that all brokers/ processors were busy. But there was not enough time given to me to make sure I understood the process. Instead it just happened and some things took me by surprise. In the end, I got to where I wanted to be.
