Fabio was incredible from the start. First time home owner and he explained everything to us in terms we could understand. He was friendly and jovial but always professional. It’s a long process but he made it shorter by always being available on cell phone even after hours. Or texting! The communication was top notch. Andria was great too - it must be a thankless job and the requests from underwriting can appear endless - but I wouldn’t fault her for doing her job and doing it well!
