This process was very delayed. We began on 7/28 and closed on 12/9/20. At times, I wasn’t sure if something was wrong on my end and communication regarding the delay could have been better
Ultimately it comes down to a great rate and Lisa worked with us to pay our own taxes and insurance. (Not roll into the mortgage payment) We really ended up getting exactly what we wanted.
