I would expect the loan process to be faster as it took more than 3 months to close the loan.
Our original mortgage process was a nightmare, we had to summit same paperwork 5 times or more every time. Naturally, I was hesitate to apply for a refi to lower our interest rate since it will result in less than a point, but then again why not save even a 1/2 point if this company is not charging you any fees for refi. So far this is the more efficient group of individuals I dealt within a bank institution. Fast-hassle free process! I will 100% recommend them. Thank you Chris and team!

Mark and his team were very professional. Even though they were inundated with work due to increased demands for mortgages, they were always able to get back to us in a timely fashion. When we had concerns we got a response within 24 hours, and we we presented them with unexpected issue that cropped up after we started the process, they were able to smoothly adjust. By far, this was the best experience we have ever had when refinancing.
