Second time using Richard and NJ Lenders. The process was pretty simple and straight forward. From application to approval in 3 weeks. The best part is I locked in at 2.875%. I don’t know anyone with a rate that low on a 30 year fixed. At the time of my lock banks we’re coming in well over 3%. My friend who used his credit union at Merck to get a 30 yr fixed and locked at the same time I did. He got a great rate also but he was 3.1%. Have to give credit where it’s due. NJ Lenders 5 stars.
Lee is the best! Lee did my mortgages on my two properties and just refinanced both of them with him. When it came time to get a mortgage or refinance, Lee was the first and only call. Lee makes the process so easy and seamless. Always receive a personal touch with telephone call updates and follow ups. I always knew where we were in the process and never had any issues.
