What made our experience great was our realtor and I liked that we could upload our documents to NJ lenders website instead of by email which I felt was more secure. The response times and accurate figures were a little slow towards the end but I guess that’s standard. Overall it was an okay experience. I just wish they were a little quicker with letting you know the closing costs and more accurate in what your mortgage will be so you could prepare better.
