Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome of our recent experience with nj lenders in refinancing our mortgage. However, the process did take a very very long time and during the process it became very hard to get in touch with nj lenders and contact became infrequent. Of course we appreciate the unique challenges the pandemic has placed on everyone. We'd specifically like to thank Pinar for helping to get us across the finish line. Pinar was fantastic.
Overall the service was good but it took a very long time and there were a number of documents I had to send multiple times. Some could be because of the COVID situation but I also this the document collector could have been more forth coming with her responses and communication. Ed Tafur was really good and one of the real bright spots in the transaction along with the rate.
