Anthony is knowledgeable, very professional, courteous, and prompt with responses to inquiries. Not all members attending phones, in the processing department were professional on the phone. All replies were via email. I would also email unless a phone call would have minimized emails. It seemed that the processing department was understaffed and therefore, not able to address call backs.
