As always, Steve was great. It's my third time working with him and I've recommended many of my friends to him. Thomas Hills was pleasant and always available. We did have to submit pieces of paper work twice which was annoying as well as deal with certain aspects with my bank, which wasn't ideal. With that being said, the climate isn't exactly ideal and the actual closing process was smooth. Again, Steve is a pro and I will always head his way for my mortgage needs.
